If you are using RealHomes Vacation Rentals, a Vacation Rentals tab will appear at the top. Add pricing, availability, and other details here.
Dual Pricing (Sale and Rent)
Starting from RealHomes v4.4.5, the theme supports Dual Pricing.
To enable this feature, navigate based on your version:

iCalendar Synchronization
Stay updated and avoid double bookings by syncing your calendar.
Step 1. Add iCalendar Feed Page
Create a page using the iCalendar Feed template.
Step 2. Syncing to third-party calendars
Copy the Feed URL from the bottom of the Vacation Rentals property metabox and add it to the third-party site.
Step 3. Syncing from third-party calendars
Add third-party feed URLs to the iCalendar Import section in the metabox.
Add Basic Information
Add price, area, beds, baths, garages, etc.
Mark Property as Featured
Mark this property as featured if needed.
Provide Location on Google Map
Provide the address and drag the map pointer.
Add Gallery Images
Gallery Images options for Modern Variation.
Note: Images should have minimum size of 1240px by 720px. Minimum 2 images required.
Add Floor Plans
Add floor plan details, image, and name.
Add Featured Image
Set a featured image for property cards.
Classic: Minimum Width 770px, Height 386px. Modern: Minimum Width 680px, Height 510px.
Add Video Tour and Virtual Tour
Upload your video to Vimeo/YouTube and provide the URL. You can also use an iframe for 360 Virtual Tours.
Assign Agent Information
Choose the kind of information to display in the agent's box.
- None (hides the box).
- Author profile information.
- Display agent's information (Add via Dashboard → Agents → Add New).
Energy Performance
Add Energy Performance Certificate details, displayed as a visual graph.
Mark Property as Sticky
Mark as sticky to keep at the top of listing pages.
Add Property in Homepage Slider
Check related option and provide slide image.
Add Top Banner
Customize top banners or hide advanced search forms.

Add/Select Property Features
Manage property features via Dashboard → RealHomes → Property Features.
Add/Assign Property Types
Add/Assign Property Locations
Add/Assign Property Statuses

Property Page Layout
Set the Page Template to Property Full Width if desired.
Publish the property post once it is ready.
