Add/Edit an Agency

This guide explains how to add a new real estate agency to your website.

To get started, navigate to Dashboard → Easy Real Estate → Agencies and click the Add New button.

1. Agency Name and Description

  • Title: Enter the official name of the agency.

  • Description: Use the content editor to write a detailed profile for the agency, such as its mission, history, and areas of expertise. This information will be displayed on the agency's public profile page.

In the Featured Image panel on the right side, upload the agency's official logo.

Image Guidelines

For best results, use a logo image that is at least 210px wide and 210px high. Larger square images are recommended, as they will be automatically cropped to fit.

3. Agency Details

Below the main content editor, you will find the Provide Related Information section. This section has multiple tabs for entering the agency's specific details.

Basic Tab

This tab contains settings for the agency's contact form and verification status.

  • Shortcode to Replace Default Agency Form: You can paste a shortcode from a plugin like Contact Form 7 or WPForms here to use a custom contact form instead of the default one.

  • Mark as Verified: Setting this to "Yes" can display a "Verified" badge on the agency's profile, depending on your theme's settings.

Contact Tab

Switch to the Contact tab to provide the agency's public contact information. This includes phone numbers, website, email address, and physical address. The email address provided here will receive messages sent through the agency's contact form.

Social Tab

Use the Social tab to add direct links to the agency's social media profiles. These will be displayed as clickable icons on their profile page.

4. Page Banner Settings

This section allows you to customize the banner or header area at the top of the agency's individual profile page. The available options and their appearance vary depending on your site's design (Classic, Modern, or Ultra).

5. Publish

Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click the Publish button to make the agency's profile live on your website.
